Self Reflection
The way to accomplish the greatest goals in life is by
achieving it hand in hand. Meeting’s the most effective step of getting any
task done as a team, by sharing ideas and thoughts. Other’s opinions can many
times change the way we look at things, sometimes positively.
Three
of my classmates and I had a meeting to discuss a given task about improving “Emiratization”.
I was the chairman, made sure everybody was there on time and ready. We gathered
valuable points to accomplish this task which proceeded successfully. This was
a big meeting compared to the practice meeting we did in class about solving
the parking jam issue in the College campus. The reason our recent meeting was
more professional, is only because the practice meeting is what got us ready
and prepared.
As a
manager I will always be enthusiastic and attentive, because I think they are
the keys to organizing an interesting and effective meeting. Providing free
food is always a great idea.
